I agree. I get the same thing here, and to be honest if I didn't know
better, i would be very confused.
if i try to run the same thing under debian it tells me:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ fdisk -l
-bash: fdisk: command not found
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$
so at least it lets me know if its locked out

I agree, I really don't think its reasonable to expect the livecd to support
swapping out the root CD Drive and installing a network card, but still
continuing to install.
And furthermore the latest releases have a full GUI installer..
of course just resubmit it if you think Im wrong.
