Install dictionaries-common for emacs24
install/dictionaries-common: Already byte-compiled for emacs24. Skipping ...
Install
Uninstalling mu4e allowed emacs24 to finish installing correctly.
Afterwards installing mu4e succeeded too. This seems to have solved the
issue for me.
