You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it
recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue for you. Can you try with

1) Edgy is EOL.
2) GUI and text installer can't fit on a CD - if you want them both please use
the DVD image. Or use the alternate install CD just for text installer.
