I think a have a similar problem.
Starting gwibber from terminal I got this;

Why this bug was reported as invalid? I can provide more information is

As I wrote in my first comment here (but the output was to big and you
need to click "read more" to see it), i have tried already to remove
that directories, and this didn't helped.
