When i hit unlock it tells me it could not authenticate, It doesnt ask
me to enter a password at all. Some people in the #ubuntu+1 were saying
its because the policy kit broke in the latest update, Im not sure how
accurate that is but it was just a thought.

Yes, It looks very similar if not identicle, I guess the issue with the
