I can confirm this bug on a L350D-11S: When trying to suspend the screen goes dark but not off, the LED indicator also shows that the laptop is not in suspend mode. If moving the mouse or pressing a key you can see an empty black screen with a blinking cursor. No input works, only a poweroff helps.
