I upgraded to 9.10, still the same problem. The interesting part is that
the first setup and connection works just fine. But as soon as you close
the connection and try to reconnect it causes problems.

Regarding the multiple disc release issue there is unfortunately no
quick solution. For this to work properly Soundjuicer must be ported to
the upcoming libmusicbrainz4, which is using the new v2 XML Web

This really should get fixed in Lucid. As far as I can see this is fixed
in Maverick and later.
I have built it against libmusicbrainz3 and everything is working again.
See the changes in the branch lp:~phw/+junk/sound-juicer-lucid-libmb3.

updated package from the PPA at lp:~phw/+junk/sound-juicer-lucid-libmb3

This indicates you are using a broken version of the titlecase plugin.
It shouldn't even be marked as compatible with Picard 2, but maybe it
was edited manually.
Please remove
/home/danialbehzadi/.config/MusicBrainz/Picard/plugins/titlecase.zip and
install the latest version in Options > Plugins.
