For users that are authenticated with winbind (pam_winbind) the file
/etc/environment is not sourced and therefore the variables LANG,
LANGUAGE and PATH are not set. This bug is resolved by adding the line
session required pam_env.so readenv=1
on to of the file /etc/pam.d/kd
I did not have this problem anymore with Ubuntu 9.10 and winbind
2:3.4.0-3ubuntu5.4

A simple fix is to change one target in
/lib/systemd/system/snapd.refresh.service. I changed the line
After=network.target snapd.firstboot.service snapd.socket
to
After=network-online.target snapd.firstboot.service snapd.socket
Now the service is started, when the network is really online.

I set up a testing environment with 2 VMs, trusty-proposed enabled, all
updates installed and the following minimal cluster configuration:

In Natty, the /etc/hosts still needs manual corrections after install,
but I am not sure if this is NetworkManager's fault. After installation
with DHCP networking the hosts-file looks like this:

again. This happens whatever method I choose (GUI poweroff in the task
bar menu or 'sudo poweroff' in the terminal).
