[SRU][Noble] Bad EPP defaults cause performance regressions on sele
As per Intel "We discussed needing this version in 24.10 with Stephane
[Verdy] and he agreed this is closest to what we will need to support
LNL. Additional patches will need to be backported to 0.0.6 later. But
at the very least we should get 0.0.6 as baseline for 24.10.".
