Yes, this error is re-producible always.
Few times (~ 2 times, from infinity attempts) I was seen Flash, but I not know
- why.
This take place, between my efforts again and again reinstall Flash and switch
on\off Shockwave Flash.

Under clear (new) Account in Ubuntu I see:

- and Flash is WORK NORMAL.
But my work Account has:

- and Flash is NOT WORK.
Cause problem is - how update

In my home directory:
/home//.mozilla/plugins/
placed files:
-rw-r--r-- 1 ppv17770 ppv17770 856 2006-12-15 13:51 flashplayer.xpt
-rwxr-xr-x 1 ppv17770 ppv17770 7040080 2006-12-15 13:51 libflashplayer.so
when I delete OLD (dated 2006-12-15) - libflashplayer.so
