On upgrade from intrepid to jaunty, my scanner stopped being accessible over
the network, when i looked to find out why, i saw that saned was enabled, yet
connections were being refused on port 6566. Checking netstat -pln, i found

I am experiencing the same problem. It worked almost perfectly (95% of
the time at least) on 8.04, but 8.10 and 9.04 beta have been woeful. It
doesn't even pass the first test of
/usr/share/checkbox/scripts/suspend_test --full as described at

Note also that there is no indication that apport is logging the resume
failure as a bug on reboot after the suspend_test failure.

"service apparmor reload", whilst the second was triggered by "aa-
enforce /usr/sbin/apache2".

Since upgrading to wily, my USB headset no longer works with linphone.
It does not show up in the list of audio devices at all (see attached
screenshot), despite working with other applications such as Firefox and

I'm experiencing this problem again now, and the symptoms have changed
slightly. Sound is still not working, but the input and output devices
Internal Microphone (built-in audio) and Speakers (built-in audio) are
still present. Would gathering debug information at the moment help?
