Why is it now only "Medium" importance - used to be "high" - it is as

I have this bug too bios V1.05 - Acer Aspire One 725 (AMD C70).
Had the problem since January with Quantal, just installed Raring - no
change.
Tried everything I could think of with Quantal to fix it but always
reverted to workaround of ctrl+F7 before login. Was hoping problem
