Joseph, the NVIDIA 340.76 driver won't build with Linux v4.0-rc7-vivid
and nouveau since Linux 3.8 broke suspend for NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT
(and a bunch of similar cards) so testing suspend with v4.0 is a bit of

But I went back to v3.7.10-raring, which I know should work, and I've
nailed d

A "PCIE-to-SATAII/IDE RAID Controller BIOSv1.06.65" Option ROM kicks in
in "AHCI+IDE Mode".

ahci :04:00.0: AHCI 0001. 32 slot
Christopher, I'm pretty sure it did but I haven't used the BIOS option
before. I went looking for a VT-d option in the BIOS and figured that
AHCI is better than IDE. I was wrong. :-)
