I've got GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="splash" in the /etc/default/grub (and ran
update-grub) and still *I dont see any more info. The grub menu is permanently
present without the time ticking down.
I'm not sure if this is a bug in libvirt by not performing a properly
cleaned up shutd
So, just finished, multiple attempts of running utah installation of
utopic desktop iso's with libirt-bin (1.2.5-0ubuntu4 and 1.2.5-0ubuntu5)
but the issue is still present with utah unmodified. I haven't applied
the suggestion given in #11 though

This crash occurred during the security tests on the touch images (only
on mako) during smoke testing of images 110 & 111. Although the crash
did not occur in 112 & 113.
There are no associated test failures but this crash is observed.

Starting from 20140109 onwards with the introduction of 3.13 kernel, we
are seeing test_tomcat_daemon failure in smoke testing.
Impacted jobs are:

Public bug reported:
Starting from 20140109, with 3.13.0-1-generic kernel onwards trusty-
server installations with RAID1 configuration fail to complete the
installations. This occurs with both amd64 and i386 images.
The following stack trace is found in the installer syslog:

This is occurring during the installation and the VM can not be booted
from then onwards. Hence not attached other logs. Thanks

Unfortunately, the system that I first saw this bug on is not reproducing the
crash any more. I unintstalled/ installed many packages , somewhat blindly at
times, on that machine to fix the login issue that I had on it and now the
crash is not occurring now.

The preseed used in the installation is:

And just for information, hitting 'Continue' on the warning dialog made
the installation continue and complete.
