Hello,
I have been working hard looking for a workaround and for the root cause of it.
I had 4 servers installed and only one failing with this bug, so I tried to
find the root cause of the issue.
I had reinstalled a server and migrated all history, config, etc to see

archive.ubuntu.com because this lase one goes faster.
Now in my test uy.archive.ubuntu.com seems to be working quiet normal
(sometimes it goes slower than what I show here), but still a bit slower

At least from 12.10, network-manager-vpnc-gnome doesn't use the saved group

I can confirm this is same issue in ubuntu lucid with deluge-gtk 1.2.2-2
(version in official repository).
But now it seems to be fixed in latest deluge stable from ppa,
everything works fine for me in latest version from ppa.
