present in Trusty I updated to it, but it went very wrong (no screen at
all, I filed this bug by going to recovery mode and FailsafeX). So I
tried installing Trusty "from scratch", but I kept my /home. I
I understood what happened : As I had to start X (startx) on my session
previously, my .XAutority file was owned by root not myself. I
understood that after reinstalling 13.10. So I removed .XAutority and it
worked. But I think there should be an error message as there was
previously in GDM

Actually the system still has the problem, even if I just updated to the
last proposed version, keeping datas. Until today, I always kept up to
date the system with every last devel image (never in devel-proposed
until today).

I just installed a projector at home on the HDMI port of my graphic

I'm Using SUpertuxkart on Ubuntu 13.04. Each time Notify OSD notify me
of something (U1 sync, mail received etc), screen resolution go down to
800x600 until the notification disappear. This didn't happened with
12.10.

I don't know if it's help you, but as I was unable to set movements, I
took the easystroke config file from another equipement, and replaced
the one in raring, it wordked great, I can use the movements of the
other computer on raring, even if I still can't add new ones.

I couldn't say, but with old kernels (until 10.10) screen worked great
without touch screen. Since 12.10 (and it's always the case for 13.04,
touch screen works fine, but I must have an external display at boot and
then remove it). What other informations do you need ?

I think there are no problems with easy stroke : I don't have it install.
More of that, some times, my mouse really do not want to work again, I must
change term (ctrl+alt+F1) and manually reboot my computer

The update Manager isn't in the Gnome Control Center. Software sources
(software-properties-gtk) is in the list, so I think update manager, and
even software center should be, as they refer to some control on the
system.
