same thing as MSI Wind and I have this issue too.
The workaround in Comment #11 regarding setting 'use_time_for_policy' to

Thanks for taking the time to do all this work guys. Two things for
future though:
1) The kernel does not have to be built on the netbook. It would be
faster if you have a faster machine in addition to the netbook.
2) I think the methodology here is a bit flawed. Not everybody has to

I think like Dmitri said this is the same as #435352 . What's happening
is the webcam driver is clashing with USB at some point which is making
the USB drive fail after a certain point (although it works initially).
If somebody were to test turning off the camera before install this bug
could be p

and has been fixed in Bug #435352 .

I have a Medion E1210 (also a rebadged MSI WIND U120) and get the same
results with 9.10 (final). I've tried with two different USB sticks, one
of which is what I've used to install Jaunty successfully.
I've edited the boot parameters to take out 'noprompt', 'queit', and
'splash' to see what was g
I am having the same symptoms on lucid with 2.7.STABLE7-1ubuntu12 . When
I boot the server, squid will not start. I have to manually start it.
All boot methods ; service squid start, squid start, /etc/init.d/squid
start are behaving erractically. Sometimes they work fine, sometimes
they say "Faile
