I am continually being asked by update manager to install an important
security update to Winbind. Always getting:-

o help and will continue

reliably and securely with lxdm unless it is fixed. Because the
Kerberos cache is discarded, users cannot reliably get access to
Kerberos-protected home directories. The retain_after_close workaround

Actually, that's the whole point. sally (or whoever) isn't necessarily
supposed to know normans' password. A non-admin(sudoer) is being offered
admin privileges when they shouldn't be. All non-admin(sudoer) users
should be denied access regardless of the password given.

Well, I think at a minimum it's consistency issue. Both 'Login Screen'
and 'Users and Groups' (maybe others, not known at this time) offer up
an administrators name and allow a (verified) password to perform
administrative duties while others like 'Synaptics' offer password entry

The logrotate file supplied can not work with Upstart or systemd because
it calls `service rsyslog rotate` -- neither support custom actions.
Instead a custom script to send SIGHUP to rsyslog depending on the init
