I finally solved this conflict by these steps:
A. remove ondrej's ppa:
add-apt-repository --remove ppa:ondrej/apache2
B. update:
apt update
C. remove php-common:
apt rem

filesystem) to another smb share (with underlying ext4 filesystem) by
cutting (ctrl+x) and pasting (ctrl+v). [I mentioned the underlying
filesystems but it actually doesn't matter. moving from ext4 share to

I remarked now that moving in the same share works without a problem. So
only moving form a share to another causes problems.
