I read all the hard steps needed to install Ubuntu server from USB stick
but the fix is actually very simple:
Just copy the file "fs-secondary-modules-2.6.32-21-generic-
di_2.6.32-21.32_amd64.ude" in the same directory that is located but
with the name "fs-secondary-modules-2.6.32-21-generic-
di_2
This bug is severe for all users of the Bulgarian language, since it
makes impossible the use of spell checking in either OpenOffice or in
all other GNOME/KDE applications (Gedit, KWrite, Evolution, Pidgin,
Empathy at least are affected). The bug is not Ubuntu-specific, I have
observed it in Mandri
It would be nice to include at least this temporary solution in future
releases. A permanent fix (which would make myspell work with Bulgarian) would
require more substantial changes. There are several possibilities, at least
from what I understand about the bug:

I have been using Kazam for a long time on Ubuntu 22.04, but now after

Nazar, you're right: I've installed them manually downloading and running dpkg.
Nevertheless, I think that the fact that package metainfo doesn't contain all
it's requirements is a bug and should be fixed.
May be it's worth trying kernels newer than my 3.2?

I'm experimenting with overlayroot in VirtualBox.
In my setup I have separate /boot, /var, /home and / (root) partitions.
I want /boot and / (root) partitions be protected with overlayroot=tmpfs, but
others be mounted normally as rw. There is an option 'recurse', but it allow

Sorry guys, since I reported this bug 2 years ago, I gradually switched
to Debian system and pass/gopass password manager (even deleted lastpass
account). So, currently I don't use neither Ubuntu nor lastpass daily
(not because they are any bad, but due personal preferences).
