I have an install of 9.10 Ubuntu with xubuntu-desktop also installed,
and I normally use Xfce. The system seemed to be running stably for a
month or so, since I installed it. Recently, when I go to log on to Xfce
with my personal user account like normal, the screen momentaril

Charlie, I deleted ~/.cache and everything in ~/.config/xfce4/ except
for the /panels folder (didn't wanna have to set it up again if I didn't
have to), and that seems to have solved the problem. Thanks! Also,
previously I had tried logging in with either Xfce-session listing, and
neither worked.
