For the reason 3, the English glyph provided in Chinese font are lack of
italic typefaces (not oblique), bold fonts (sometimes, and not the fake
one), and are usually ugly. It is more obvious if you read documents
written in English in Chinese environment.

AFAIK, there are 2 country codes has its common name in iso_3166.xml
The one is the problematic Taiwan, the other is Venezuela.
So, to solve the problem, could it use common name instead when common
name exists?
