2. create a folder with a capitalized name, (put a subfolder or file
within the folder -optional)

I have a laptop with a radeon mobility 9600, and I would like to check
to see if the "Option 'AccelMethod' 'EXA'" workaround works over here.
How do I override the blacklist and enable Compiz on this laptop? I am

Fat filesystems are not case-sensitiv
That is unfortunate. Now that I am aware of this behavior, it is easy
enough to work around, I just wish that I hadn't learned by losing data.
The only thing I can suggest is to try again with upstream. Perhaps
"bump" the message on the 16th, 1 week from original posting. It may

I did a test by running Compiz and turning off _all_ of the plugins

When I click an audio file, such as a podcast on ubuntuos.com, I expect
the save-as dialog to open up. Instead, the default behavior seems to

I'd just like to add that if Dolphin is set to open with the Terminal
panel (F4), the terminal will navigate to the correct directory, but
Dolphin will not show its contents in the center viewing pane, as others
have already reported.
I'm on Karmic, using the backports PPA.
