Package pv installs a file named: "/usr/bin/pv" but package waon installs the same filename, too. So if waon is installed pv refuses to install. This bug has been reported: 326717 Same file name: "/usr/bin/pv" exists in two packages -- package pv None [modified: /var/lib/dpkg/info/pv.
