I was unable to upload liferea's pot file (nor liferea's tr.po file) for 1.2.
Feisty seem to use 1.2.4 [1]
So I am reopening this one.
The upstream bug was added to track the release of Turkish translation

1. Logged in to "Ubuntu," open a text file, edit
