Public bug reported:
My PC is an Intel Core I3 and I use the built-in HD 4600 graphics. My
display is 1680x1050, connected via DVI-D, Ubuntu version is 15.10
64-bit.
I do a fresh Ubuntu install and install and run glmark2. The horse spins
smoothly.
I set "System settings -> Displays -> Rotation"
Now that it is confirmed please set an importance based on reality. And
please somebody find the package and tell someone to fix it, it's
completely annoying.
