here as it looks most relevant.
confirm "transcode don't start" bug with the following conditions:
Canon DSLR' encoded video (.MOV) captured at 640x480 - transcoded to .MP4
perfectly
while video from the same camera captured
I confirm that bug.
Ubuntu 11.10 (Unity 2D session)
Openshot 1.4.0
1. press "Import file" button => select file dialog appears
2. selecting last file from "Recently used" (selecting file from filesystem
directly does not triggers the bug)
3. file is imported to openshot project
4. press "Import
the workaround I use is to restart openshot
