okay, understood, so running with alt+f2 works for me
but I thought alt+f2 and click on the ubuntu logo were the same thing actually
so is this invalid or could be a feature request?

The icon which is wrong is the ubuntu ONE logo when you first run the
application in Unity the icon which shows up in the left uses the old logo
nothing to do
