This is still happening on the current version with both the precise
kernel and the mainline kernel build 3.3.1. I'm guessing this may be
related to unexpected IO lag, since it seems to happen most often when
I'm under heavy IO load, but it also happens occasionally when there
isn't that much IO lo

identical issue using Natty and Gstreamer running the video with "gst-
