In this case I booted the system from USB to get to an usable system so
I could retrieve the attached output of 'lspci -vnvn': the installation
seems to hang in the middle of retrieving or configuring packages using
alternate or server daily images. I will attach the other logs as soon
as possible.

Confirmed, I disable the compiz switcher and was able to notice
Shutter's lack of icon. Marking as low since it's cosmetic and doesn't
actually impede Shutter's usability.

I can reproduce this every time by selecting None for special effects,
than going back to Normal: jockey-gtk starts and scans for drivers to
