I try change "Text encoding" before reporting bug, but I don't know it

Happens on all snap-app-GUIs. Completely ruins the snaps. Should be treated as
top priority.

I am on Debian Testing and have the same problem with kernels 4.3 and
4.4 (Debian one's) as well as 4.5 (compiled from unmodified source with
Debian config). Sometimes I have to reboot around 10 times to get a
connected with NetworkManager, although the device seems to be available
through iwconfig

Prošel jsem a odsouhlasil ten překlad.
Nesklonné přívlastky se v češtině používají jako nevlastní. Takže ne
„K3b FFMpeg dekodér“, ale „Dekodér K3b FFMpeg“. Na to narazíš často a
někdy ti to přijde i divné, protože se běžně říká „HTML soubory“, „SQL
skript“, ale v překladech musí být správně „Soubo
případě, že se překlad nepřenese z Gnome (např. je dokončen pozdě,
až po oficiálním vydání), je lepší jej naimportovat, než znovu vynalézat
kolo.

Eagle isn't OS but Freeware from commercial company. It isn't translated
to Czech. Package descriptions are translated in Debian, but Eagle
package has 't Czech translation. Do anybody known translation origin?

Co se týká Gnome, tak jsem se snažil všechno opravit. Navrhoval bych bug
uzavřít a pokud se ještě někde něco najde, tak ať se to hlásí jako
jednotlivé chyby, takto by to tam mohlo viset do nekonečna.

It isn't problem only for gcalctool. If you see "Language support", monetary
example is bad too. It seems as system-wide issue, let us say locale issue.

Gnome aplikace se překládají, kvůli jednotnosti, v Gnome. Do vydání 2.32
bude překlad hotový. Do Ubuntu se to buď naimportuje automaticky nebo,
pokud se tak nestane, to případně naimportuji já ručně.

OK, pokud je to doplněné v Ubuntu, tak se to samozřejmě musí přeložit v
Ubuntu. Já po vydání Gnome tyhle věci stejně kontroluji, ale když to
přeloží někdo jiný, taky dobře.
