I debugging the error, and i think, these lines causes in config:
#innodb_data_file_path
=ibdata1:2000M:autoextend;ibdata2:1000M:autoextend
#innodb_log_group_home_dir = /var/lib/mysql/
#innodb_additional_mem_pool_size = 128M
#innodb_log_file_size= 512M
#innodb_l

in my error log, contains these lines:
