I'm using Lenovo Thinkpad t490 with ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 Dock Gen 2.
When I boot Ubuntu with dock connected to thunderbolt port, there is a problem
with network connection. Usb network device is available and trying to connect.
Then I get connection failed message.

Seams to work with 5.3.0-25-generic #27-Ubuntu.

Thunderbolt devices ethernet don't work if connected during boot
To manage notifications
I added a module configuration in
/etc/modprobe.d/thinkfan.conf :
options thinkpad_acpi fan_control=1 experimental=1
to make it work.
