This is clearly a bug in HAL. It looks like that HAL sometimes does not
properly detect brightness levels, leaving it to huge number, as seen in
lshal-before.log:

It seems knetworkmanager does not properly get list of configured dialups from
kpp.

Since /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules is generated by
/lib/udev/write_net_rules tool, I am assigning this to udev package as
it is more probable cause of this issue (if not, it may be kernel
related).
