If the CPU is idle (all 4 cores), then there is a high pitch noise
coming from the PC box (probably the CPU or some part of mainboard).
This does NOT happen if:
- if I use older kernel from ubuntu 9.04
- If I use kernel 2.6.28-13
- if there is anything running, in example me

I can reproduce this bug.
Tested on NVidias (but probably this does NOT matter!)
on ubuntu 9.04 amd64 (and possibly I seen it also on 8.10, not sure).
This happens when:
you switch into middle of fading-out (blackout) animation of screensaver (in
example from other VT).
