Public bug reported:
A) Bionic beaver stops at UID 129, just after the previous style cursor loads.
Only way i can load it is via advanced/recovery/resume
(I have tried all options-nothing works)
Warns me that graphics may need to be altered but I cannot change graphics
settings anyway!

Everything worked fine until I upgraded from 17.10 to 18.
I will try this fix and if it doesn't work I will attempt to reinstal
17.10 and not upgrade furthe
