I could reproduce this bug in 9.04:
1. search for: abcdefg
-> no matching application found.
2. search for: wesnoth
-> no matching application found.
It seems that once you hit: no matching application found, there is no
turning back. I can't seem to get any other program to display.

This is clearly a bug. Two features are conflicting and causing 'undefined'
behavior.
- Firefox asks to save tabs, so when you click to save you should expect it to
load the tabs.
- You want firefox to delete your browsing history so you should expect it to
clear your browsing history.

I could reproduce this when i enabled 'clearing of private data when firefox
closes'.
Because you clear your browsing history, firefox can't restore your sessions.
(probably not what you want either if you explicitly clear your browsing
history every time firefox closes. (so it has nothing to d
same for my nl(dutch) version of firefox. Default points to wikipedia
(en).
anyway, you can edit the search plugins by changing the files in
/usr/lib/firefox-addons/searchplugins
there should be a wikipedia.xml file which you (as root) can change.

When installing ubuntu to test the lucid alpha 3, the default keyboard
origin is set to USA. I selected Nederlands (dutch) as my language and
selected België (Belgium) as my country.

I think the problem has to do with ureadahead. if you install something
that changes the boot process, first boot will succeed. Second boot will
fail. Try installing bootchart and reboot.

In the Netherlands the qwerty layout is used. In Belgium the azerty
layout is the default layout. see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AZERTY,
so it would be best to select based on country. belgium should default
to the azerty layout. A qwerty layout is only rarely used in Belgium.

Eclipse shows overlay scrollbar but when i hover there is no scroll
handles
Since my upgrade to 11.10 my wireless button doesn't freeze the system anymore.
Reenabling the wireless is not easy though.
I have to 'double-press' the button to get my wireless back.
So if i have wireless and press the button: wireless + bluetooth will be
deactivated.
To restart my wireless

Steps to reproduce:
0) Start with a clean desktop: no open windows.
1) Open a new window. Don't maximize it.
2) Hide the window with + D
3) Show the window with alt+tab
4) Try dragging the window by clicking the title bar;

It doesn't happen all the time. Once in a while there will be a blank document

In stead of popping op a dialog asking the user to proceed (requiering
another click), i think it would be better to have a dialog showing the
progress and have the ability to abort the operation if needed.
