As far as i can tell : knetworkmanager is NOT being removed : its only
marked Wont Fix for Jaunty's release, since its not the default network
handler in Jaunty (see that its still confirmed for Ubuntu itself). The
replacement in jaunty is plasma-widget-network-manager : a plasma widget
for control

Switching to libmysqlclient16-dev from libmysqlclient15-dev fixed the
issue for me (compiling amarok 2.1 beta).
