This is now fixed in Radiance (awaiting upload, etc).
For all other themes, you need to add a style which includes a
bg[NORMAL] and match that to ido-offscreen-scale. Something like this
will work:

After testing, this seems to be a problem with gtk+-2.0 pixmap engine.
Any theme using the pixmap engine crashes with fspot in the same manner.

The current humanity theme has been changed to work well with a light ui
theme. This package should be updated for Karmic.
In addition, there is now a Humanity-Dark theme which has icons made for
a dark theme. UNR should use this theme on top of Humanity (ie the
system sets the theme to Humanity-D

I am having the same problem with a Gateway MX6440. I have tried
suspending and resuming with and without linux-backports-modules-karmic.
By the looks of the original submitters BootDmesg.txt this is an
extremely similar machine to the MX6440. If there is anything I can add
that can help with troub

I was watching a dvd movie in totem. The problem occured after the
following steps.
1. Paused movie.
2. Suspended the laptop by shutting the lid.
3. Resumed laptop by opening the lid.
The system did not resume properly and was frozen on a screen with what
looked like low res

After looking into this it is not a bug in a gtk theme, it is most
likely a problem with gtk itself, or perhaps all gtk engines (I cannot
one theme which handles this correctly). Murrine uses a global roudness,
so it seems that the widget in question is not capable of being rounded.
