The solution requires modifying the zookeeper config, its resolved in trunk,
but not in the 0.6 ppa. It can manually resolved via
echo "maxClientCnxns=500" >> /etc/zookeeper/conf/zoo.cfg on the bootstrap node.

ensemble was leaking a custom PYTHONPATH to hooks, which invoked add-
apt-repository, it now uses a separate variable to pass this value (for
the hook cli api scripts) to enable development mode (non global
ensemble package installation).

i can confirm the bug on a T400 with intel graphics as well. i get
either blinking sleep light indefinitely (on lid close) with the cpu
running hot, or on pressing suspend hot key, i'll sometimes get a reboot
instead of a sleep.
