Seems the estonian mirror is having issues... On a ubuntu 11.10
server... how do I change repositories? I installed a ubuntu server on a
virtual server and found out that selecting locale chose the
corresponding archive server ( I chose US and it took us.archive.ubuntu
...)

run the command like this?
sudo sed -i 's/ee\.archive\.ubuntu\.com/ee.archive.ubuntu.com/'
/etc/apt/sources.list
or this
sudo sed -i 's/fi\.archive\.ubuntu\.com/ee.archive.ubuntu.com/'
/etc/apt/sources.list

I dont know if this is somehow related, but If I launched my torrent
client (bittorrent) and started downloading the iso file.
While downloading I ran wubi.exe and it started downloading.
So...
Try launching torrent client and then wubi
or start downloading the correct file via torrent and start
