I did NOT install any debug kernel and I am running the latest kernel

The file list shows that binaries is put into /usr/lib

I want to use the current go 1.8 release and I took the (as i think)
appropriate meta-package, i.e golang-1.8.
$ apt list --installed | grep golang

With all due respect I have to object the resolution of invalid:
Installing golang-go will pull in golang-1.7-go golang-1.7-race-
detector-runtime golang-1.7-src golang-go golang-race-detector-runtime
and golang-src. And I will end up with a go 1.7 executable on the path.
(after apt install golan
I retested this on 16.04 with clang-3.8 and there exists the same issue.

clang-view cannot import module ScanView

Fresh package from today still has the problem of clang-view unable to
import module ScanView.
This is the same bug as in: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-

Proposed fix does work if applied locally.
