#1326113 is about Flash support in Oxide/Webapp container.
If you install adobe-flashplugin you should have flash support in
Chromium, it works on 15.04. I'll have to check for 16.04.
You should only use adobe-flashplugin, as it is the maintained version.

the container+codecs chosen by YT in the embedded case.
Changing the UA does affect the the mobile YT page.

At least in part this problem is caused by the DOM changing and the
webapp no longer looking for the correct content.
The package version listed in the report will not work with what Gmail
is rendering at the time of this comment - it will fail at the attempts
to find login information.
