an integrated display adapter, and when I am using it instead of an AGP-

Installation type was set to minimal, in partition window ZFS was

Installation chrashed, system gathered log files should be attached. I

Ok, I now managed to get a journalctl log of this.
Same thing again after switching the user in the morning: the
credentials dialog on black background didn't accept my password and I
had to click around 50 times cancel to get rid of it.
Something like this in the log:

It seems that this bug was originally about Ubuntu 14.04.
I now tested that on Ubuntu 18.04 this works like it should. The
shutdown can be canceled and in addition there's an info text saying
that the machine will automatically shut down in 60 secs.

alone for a while, it has somehow frozen when I get back. I'm not sure

I think that this is an (UI?) issue in system-config-printer, because I
was now able to install the driver like this:
1) Start system-config-printer from terminal (I didn't test otherwise)
2) Select your printer from the list once detected and start installing the
gutenprint driver
3) Hit CTRL-C

Unfortunately I can't bisect due to the following reasons:
- when I tried to boot an older kernel (that used to work IIRC) and it failed
in the same way
- the failing kernel worked a few times, but just died on some random boot, so
this bug has some random component
- because the computer was co
Debugging revealed that the kernel brings up the wifi card but network
manager does nothing when this happens. Running "sudo service network-
manager restart" fixes the issue.

forever until the machine actually goes to sleep (which you can tell by

- must be able to own the dbus service name
