I edit the file /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist
using this comand: gksudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist
And add this line at the end:
blacklist saa7134_alsa
No more noise!! And my tv card is working fine.

I confirm that bug.. The connection worked the first time, when I
configure it. But, after restart, network manager can't see any
network.. And, pon dsl-provider show me:
Plugin rp-pppoe.so loaded.
RP-PPPoE plugin version 3.8p compiled against pppd 2.4.5

All this kind of packages, flash, atheros firmware, broadcom firmware,
etc. needs to download a file, and they use wget.. But wget don't read
proxy parameters of Synaptic. This is why is not flashplugin-nonfree
problem.
