Public bug reported:
Errors visible in /var/log/Xorg.0.log. You can see the devices get
disconnected once the pen enters the proximity of the screen (hover
cursor). Uploaded example shows:

This is the diff between Xorg logs in versions 5.8.0-44-generic and
5.8.0-48-generic, the new errors are all this extra stuff at the very end.

I can confirm that everything is back to normal again with
5.8.0-49-generic. It is good. Thank you.
