Previously we used a hardcoded menu name kde-applications.menu. Now we use the
new XDG prefix of kde for applications.menu but that prefix seems not to be
used for the merge directories so move files back to

Kuickshow is part of kdegraphics and needs imlib. kdegraphics is in
main but imlib is not in main because imlib2 is in main and we don't
allow duplicate code in main where possible. If someone wants to
separate kuickshow from kdegraphics (svn2dist is your friend) and

As far as I know kdialog should be backwards compatible with xdialog,
but maybe it's not. You can use --error as is suggested above or
--warningyesno or --warningcontinuecancel or
--warningyesnocancel . Without seeing the original call I'm
unsure which is most suitable.

This patch doesn't kill Adept when running dist-upgrade tool. That was
also blocking the xauthority permissions from allowing the new app to
connect to X.
