If I look to the debian packages, the versioned library is installed under
/usr/lib. This is not the case in ubuntu lucid. There only libGL.so is

How did you try to install qgis 2.2. Where did you get the package

Saga fails to build with the version of libvigraimpex in vivid.
I suggest removing the plugin. This will not harm users as this plugin
was also disabled in the current package of saga.
I've attached a debdiff that disables libvigraimpex.

Due to a bug in GCC (#752733) saga failed to build on armhf.
This bug is now fixed.
Rebuilding should fix saga as well.
