I had the same problem, and i should reboot the system to get wireless to work. But now every time wireless stops working, I just enter these commands: $ sudo rmmod iwlagn $ sudo rmmod iwlcore $ sudo modprobe iwlcore $ sudo modprobe iwlagn and it gets back to work. I hope it work for you too. --
