Problem seems to have been fixed with 1.42-4, or perhaps a dependency
prior to final Dapper release?... bug not reproduceable anymore over
here.

If I remember the original problem correctly from ages ago, it seemed
as though the wrong major version number of libc was getting loaded...
If I used a PRELOAD var to point to the proper one everything was
alright... I hadn't tried running snes9express since I made that bug
